looser

my size 2 jean appear to be too baggy for school now; they just look sloppy. they look fine at the beginning of the day, but then they get stretched out with all the sitting and hardly touch my legs. i think that’s a good sign. maybe i should get a size 0 now…?

breakfast:
greek yogurt- 110 cal

lunch:
pizza- 225 cal

snack:
cookie- 100 cal

UPDATE:

dinner:
spring rolls- 250 cal

dessert:
cake- 800 cal 😦

which amounts to 1500 which is waaay over my goal thanks to my midday cake binge… darn cake. i feel like i’m going to look really fat tomorrow, and it sucks.

on the bright side, i made a shocking discovery: those size 2 jeans that i keep mentioning? they’re actually a size 1. 1! how could i have missed that?!? still… that’s pretty cool. that means that not only am i getting too small for a size 2, but also a size 1. yay!

    hey 🙂
    so i always try to restrict my food but i always fail.. i need to loose weight but i have only managed 10kg (22lbs) but i can’t get it further and i am huge! my current goal is 120lbs and right now i am 154lbs i am about 5’6. so i am grossly over weight.
    have you got any tips?
    and how do you count the calories i always struggle to find out how much.

      first of all, congrats on 22 lbs! you should be proud

      as for tips, i ALWAYS look at the nutrition facts on the labels of food before i eat anything… and if there are none available, i usually get really stressed out, but grossly overestimate the calories so that i eat very little of that food. (i’m waaay too reliant on labels.)and whenever i eat anything i record the calories i’ve eaten in an exel spreadsheet and (since 2 days ago) on this blog. that definitely helps.

      i also chew a lot of gum. whenever i’m done eating whatever i plan on eating for the meal, i try to put a piece of gum in my mouth so that i don’t eat any more. once the gum’s in, it’s usually good, but sometimes (like today, for example) i just can’t get the gum in fast enough and the urge to binge takes over.

      is that good? if you need more tips or anyrthing i’d be glad to help! (i LOVE helping people and giving advice… it’s my new obsession!)

      i’ve tried purging. a lot. but i can’t seem to make anything happen.

        i’ve tried but haven’t been able to 😦 but i have everyone watching my food intake so i have to eat :S so i will keep trying to purge.. i also bought a heap of weight loss tablets so i’m hoping the work

      weight loss tablets? do you think they’re working so far? and if you find a way to purge, please let me know…

      and i hope people get off your back about eating. i find that being watched always just makes it worse.
