yuck yuck yuck

i feel fat. my calves especially just look so THICK. and so do my upper thighs… how did this happen?

i mean, yesterday’s eating ended up not being so great; i got up to 1480. 😦 so i didn’t have a deficit.

and today i got to 1225… so i only have a little deficit.

but how could that have done so much damage? i looked and felt great only 2 days ago… how is that even possible?
