hi, guys! sorry i haven’t written in a while… i’ve been really busy with homework, studying, emt, and college essays, but hopefully things will settle down soon… it’s pretty stressful here, but i hope you’re all ok.

i ate waaay too much the past 2 days. yesterday, i actually went OVER my limit so i didn’t have a deficit (it’s been SOOO long since i’ve done that) and the day before i was over 1200. yuck. and today i definitely looked fatter. my stomach wasn’t as flat and my legs were definitely heavier. and today i’ve already had 500 cal. ugh. 😦

i need to get back on track!!! i’m just so tired and stressed all the time. help!

    Perhaps it was just because you knew you have eaten alot, so it made you think you look bigger when I doubt you actually do. It wouldn’t be noticable within such a short space of time. Your stomach could be because of hormones; my stomach gets bloated when its that time of the month.
    I’m sure you’ll get back on it. Don’t beat yourself up about it.

      i’m sorry 😦 don’t you hate it? i think it’s one of the worst feelings… you could have stopped and should have stopped but you didn’t

      true, true. and you’re getting an advanced degree, so i trust you! it’s just so hard when i see all of the assignments pile up in my planner… sometimes i can’t bring myself to even start.
